Availability of Stock

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our online stock levels and are regulary updating our inventory levels, if we are out of stock in product we will display an 'out of stock' notice on that item, if we have not managed to do this and you have purchased an item from us, you will be given the opportunity to one of the several options. 1. Wait no longer than 7 days for the item to come in from our suppliers, 2. Select a simular item of equal value or 3. Be credited a full refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days.

Returns

Within 7 days of receiving goods, you may return any item you purchase in new condition with original packaging, we will not Credit shipping unless product is of fault, for example with unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer, a 10% re-stocking fee may also apply. Product may not be returned if the item/s have been fitted/used and/or if purchaser has changed their mind and no longer wants the product unless approved by management, all items are displayed on our website so please choose carefully or request to see the product to inspect prior to purchasing.We will pay the full return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or faulty product. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of our receiving your return. Made to order items will not be refunded unless there is a fault with the product.

Warranty

Should the product is received dead on arrival, or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We also provide a 1 year replacement guarantee against manufacturing defects. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund.

Delivery

We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Risk of Loss

Any items purchased from Gatehouse Locksmiths & Security Specialists Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
